Staff not well trained, there was no GM and you can see it very clearly. This is not the Intercontinental standers.

This hotel is a great option for those who want to stay near the river and the business district. It's very close to the expo centre, perfect for those attending a fair. the rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, with excellent bedding, pillows, and a nice view of the river. the staff is friendly and the breakfast is really good. the gym is well-equipped and the spa is the perfect place to relax after a long day.
The only downside is the location - it's a bit quiet and not near the main tourist attractions.

The hotel had exclusive amenities like spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, massage, and beauty treatment. the location was peaceful and convenient with a sun terrace, garden area, and leisure/TV room. Our room had a private balcony with amazing views of the river. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant provided great continental breakfast that we enjoyed in-room.
Our only minor issue was with the room service. They were really slow in responding to our orders, and they got our order wrong once.

Had a fantastic stay! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Loved the complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge. The room had an amazing view of the river and city skyline – couldn't ask for a better location! Breakfast was beyond delicious and so much variety. The bed was so comfy!
The hotel was a bit out of the way, but it was worth it for the view and quiet location. The water pressure in the shower was not very strong, but it was manageable.

Best weekend getaway! Had a fantastic weekend at a luxurious hotel with great food options and an amazing spa. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the nearby attractions. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable with stunning views. I especially loved the rooftop pool and the variety of delicious cocktails at the bar. However, the only downside was the slow service at the restaurant during peak hours, which added some waiting time to our dinner. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

We had an amazing time at this hotel located near the river. The room we stayed in was beautiful and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the city skyline and the river. The spacious bathroom was tastefully decorated and had a round soaker tub. The staff was friendly, gracious, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also had an excellent health club and swimming pool.
We were disappointed to find out that the spa and Intercontinental club were closed during our stay, despite being advertised as open.
